Always curious.

Blue Scarf's principal, Cheryl Kessler, has been evaluating since childhood. In her backyard. Way in the corner, beyond the lawn and fruit trees, Cheryl watched everything.

Fast-forward to 2001. During a first-year graduate class on the importance of evaluation in museum work, Cheryl found her calling. Through a post-graduate internship at the Institute for Learning Innovation (Annapolis, MD) and Research Associate position (2003-2010), Cheryl gained expertise in conducting all phases of exhibit and program evaluation in children's museums, natural history museums, science centers, zoos and living history sites.

Following a move to Minnesota in 2010, Cheryl launched Blue Scarf Consulting and added libraries, performing arts organizations and professional organizations to her growing client list.
